Custom Orders
We may accept custom requests depending on availability. If you have a project in mind, reach out with the details and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
For custom orders please list:
• Project Description (long answer)
• Preferred Color
• Budget Range (optional dropdown)
For shop orders please list:
• Order number
• Full name used at checkout
• Email used for the order
• A brief description of the issue
If your message is about a damaged or incorrect item, please attach clear photos.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
During high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Time
Standard Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once your order has shipped.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates
We offer a flat shipping rate of $6.99 on all U.S. orders.
Orders of $40 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances once the package has been handed off.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first. If you still need assistance, reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
Returns & Refunds
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept general returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.
Custom Orders
Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
